This position is responsible for following all plant and corporate safety and food safety policies and procedures. The Bun Mixer will read and understand formula sheets, complete them with accurate information, and operate various equipment including the water meter, flour scale, and mixers. Accurate mixing of doughs, including scaling ingredients and completing paperwork, is essential. Communication with other team members and supervisors is also a key part of this role. The schedule is Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays possible, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, though hours may vary.
