About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented technician to support the construction of precision products in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working from technical documentation to complete product builds using mechanical and electrical components. Please note, this position does not involve soldering.

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical documentation
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and measurement devices
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in workmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to complete product builds
• Position, fit, and secure components to meet design specifications
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Inspect work throughout the process to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Document completed work and report any nonconforming items
• Maintain steady workflow while meeting daily production targets
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to support efficient operations
