About The Position

AlphaGraphics Kansas City is seeking a versatile individual to join our team in the full time role of Production & Bindery Specialist. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to team growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will operate various production printers and finishing equipment to complete projects accurately and efficiently according to client specifications. In this dynamic role, you will operate digital printing presses and complementary bindery equipment, ensuring projects are completed promptly and following our production process. You will contribute to the development of creative solutions for utilizing equipment and maintain an organized and clean production facility. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently while following directions, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a consistent schedule to meet client deadlines. Attention to detail and a willingness to embrace the intricacies of the job are crucial for success in this role. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in print and finishing equipment operation
