As a Production Batching Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Willingness to contribute to a continuous improvement environment
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English for training/safety purposes
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed
- Must be willing to take on new assignments/job tasks as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Experience in a plant/manufacturing environment, preferred
Responsibilities
- Learn about the raw materials needed used in batch making process
- Setting up, mixing, and/or delivering production chemicals used in manufacturing or process areas where accuracy of chemical composition is important in process operation.
- Add raw and verify materials to kettles
- Add and verify oil weigh-up
- Properly perform scrapping of kettle
- Properly verify pigment
- Operate forklift as needed
- Stage rework
