About The Position

We are looking for a fearless and accountable Production Bakery Combination Team Member who is positive and passionate! Our Production Bakery Combination Team Members assist bakers and decorators in the production and packaging of bakery products and also performs tasks necessary to maintain the Production Bakery's current cleaning and sanitation standards. The Production Bakery may be operational up to 7 days per week and workers may work day or night shifts depending upon production needs. Production Bakery Combination Workers are scheduled to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, which may include weekends. Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to receive direction and perform duties.
Flexibility in changing work priorities and ability to act in a responsive manner to requests.
Ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously within established timelines.
Ability to work with a team or independently in an accurate and timely manner.
Employment is contingent upon passing a drug screening test and passing a pre-employment physical ability test, consistent with the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Assist bakers and decorators in the production and packaging of bakery products.
Perform tasks necessary to maintain the Production Bakery's current cleaning and sanitation standards.
Perform various assigned tasks to assist Bakers, Machine Operators, and Decorators as well as performing some clean up duties (day shift).
Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment, pans, and the production bakery facility (night shift).
Assist in packaging of bakery products (night shift).
May be required to perform additional duties, as assigned.
