About The Position
The Production Associate I is responsible for safely and accurately operating Die-Cutting, Labeling, Tip-On, and/or Inserting equipment. This position utilizes various proprietary and third-party programs and equipment to deliver high-quality products. The Production Associate I works to ensure all daily schedule jobs are produced to mPulse Output Solutions (OS) specifications.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities
- Read and understand work orders and/or special instructions.
- Perform all necessary quality control (QC) inspections on each job per guidelines communicated and posted in the department.
- Utilize a scanner and computer to check in all jobs in the proprietary COS software via the QC Check-In tool.
- Operate basic equipment functions to produce simple products.
- Understand how to set up and feed material through different machines, observing equipment checkpoints.
- Identify minor machine errors and act proactively to prevent jams while increasing productivity.
- Work cooperatively with other departments to help achieve production goals.
- Assist with light manual labor, maintenance, and cleaning as needed.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties, including interior and exterior facility care, trash and debris removal, and general support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
