About The Position

Our Phoenix team supports the manufacturing and operational processes behind ultrasound imaging technologies used by providers worldwide. It's hands-on work connected to the quality and reliability those technologies are built to deliver. As a Production Support Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent
0 to 6 months of related manufacturing experience
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
Must be able to visually inspect machines.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
Maintains daily production output.
Performs basic manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations.
Complete basic troubleshooting
Ensure manufacturing documentation is correct/current.
Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
Participates in quality control inspections when required.
Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
Work with team to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
Participate in 5S activities led by team lead/management.
May assist with training peers when required.
