About The Position

Custom Wire Technologies, Inc., a leader in OEM Medical Component Manufacturing with over 50 years of industry experience, is seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Production Associate. In this role, you will contribute to the manufacturing of life-saving medical components, upholding the company's commitment to top-notch quality and a team-first approach. This is a full-time position on the 1st shift.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and precise.
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Professionalism and commitment to work, demonstrating accountability, punctuality, and teamwork in a detailed and organized fashion.
• A positive and supportive attitude.
• Ability to secure knowledge and proper use of the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job promptly.
• Ability to stand and walk for periods of up to 4 hours.
• Ability to occasionally lift to 25 pounds.
• Strong detail orientation and good eyesight (aided or unaided) to see and work with very small components.
• Understanding or ability to quickly learn basic measurements as required for production and quality-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and understanding work orders, job routing information, and process instructions for each job.
• Operating machines to produce medical components, including making necessary minor adjustments.
• Inspecting products for quality using measurement tools and technology, and documenting data according to work instructions.
• Performing light industrial tasks as needed, including assembly, packaging, trimming, cutting, and/or grinding.
