While reporting to the Production Supervisor as a Production Associate you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of production operations.

Requirements

• Can perform work under general supervision.
• Can handle moderately complex issues/ problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Must be an effective communicator over the public address system.
• Can provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.
• 2 to 4 continuous years of experience operating machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment or machinery.
• Preparing, inspecting, and measuring raw materials.
• Checking components for compliance with tolerances or specifications and may perform finish work.
• Basic trouble shooting, clearing jams, and splicing and threading membrane into equipment.
• May provide training or guidance to new production workers.
