About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to assemble and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves picking and packing products, material handling, quality control, and supporting daily production operations to ensure a timely and satisfying customer experience.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to learn multiple computer systems (MS Word/Excel a plus)
- Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Strong hand-eye coordination; able to perform repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and pick orders using a scanner according to pick/pack lists
- Construct shipping cartons, wrap, and palletize materials
- Maintain quality control and inspection documentation
- Order and proof POD reprints (books, letters, fulfillment materials)
- Report equipment issues to Lead or Manager
- Collaborate with production staff and management to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow company procedures and Quality Management System standards
