This is a part-time Production Associate position working 12-hour weekend dayshift shifts. The role involves inspecting parts for quality, operating machines, packaging products, maintaining a clean workspace, collaborating with a team to meet daily goals, and communicating any issues related to quality, safety, or equipment.
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and teamwork
- Ability to follow written manufacturing instructions
- Willingness to learn (we train you, no experience required!)
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts to make sure they meet quality standards
- Help run machines (printing, trimming, finishing)
- Package and label products
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
- Work as part of a team to hit daily goals
- Communicate issues with quality, safety, or equipment
