About The Position

Weyerhaeuser’s Lumber Mill in Plymouth, NC is accepting applications for Entry Level Production Associates. We are seeking individuals who desire to work in a market-focused, lumber manufacturing facility while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Solid work history and be totally committed to safety
• Must be available to work all shifts
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate open, honest and regular exchange of information and treat all employees with respect and dignity
• Must be team oriented; puts team’s needs ahead of individual interests, accept personal accountability for team’s plans and results, work to develop trust and respect; take initiative and solve issues
• Resume must be attached for consideration

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one year of industrial and manufacturing experience preferred
