About The Position

Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Associate - Kemper to join their Cincinnati team. This position is in the Production department and reports to the Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team, this could be a solid opportunity. Starting pay: $18-$20/hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
