As a Production Associate, you’re the heart of our store’s success. You’ll handle donations, keep things moving, and make sure our shelves stay stocked with awesome stuff. Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, motivated, and a great team player
• Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Great communication and people skills
• Strong eye for quality and detail
• Ready to work hard and have fun doing it
• Able to use equipment like dollies and pallet jacks safely

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and process donated items
• Work with a team that’s friendly, fun, and fast-moving
• Keep your space tidy and safe
• Use our ‘good, better, best’ pricing to bring value to our shoppers
• Help rotate seasonal items and organize stock
• Follow safety rules
• Pitch in where needed
