About The Position

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing and packaging operations. You’ll assemble boxes and packaging components, support the production line, and help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets our quality standards. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment where reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork matter. Requirements

High school education or GED equivalent is required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly work is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Assemble boxes and packaging materials according to specifications
Operate basic production equipment and tools safely
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
Assist with inventory, material handling, and restocking supplies
Work closely with team members and supervisors to support smooth workflow
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform additional responsibilities as required, adapting to evolving business needs.
