About The Position
Ducommun is seeking Production Associates for multiple positions, including Sheet Metal Fabricator, Assembler, Bonded Assembly Technician, and Cleaning Line Operator. No prior experience is needed as training is provided. Openings are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. New hires are eligible for a $500 retention bonus. Requirements
- High School Diploma / equivalent required
- US Person Authorization to meet ITAR / EAR requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude required
Nice To Haves
- 6 to 12 months' aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Fabricate sheet metal.
- Assemble components.
- Perform bonded assembly.
- Operate cleaning lines.
- Manufacture large, complex contoured structural components and assemblies for aerospace and military applications.
- Utilize integrated processes including stretch-forming, thermal-forming, chemical processing, precision fabrication, machining, finishing processes, and integration of components into subassemblies.
