Production Associate
About The Position
Bauer Built is seeking a Production Associate for their Durand Retread facility. This role is responsible for inspecting and preparing tires for the retreading process, operating specialized equipment to buff, repair, and reapply new tread, and ensuring all retreaded tires meet quality and safety standards. The associate will also maintain work areas, tools, and machinery, follow safety protocols, and work efficiently to meet production goals. Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience beneficial.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
