About The Position

This is an entry-level general labor position where the associate will perform all tasks safely in accordance with company rules and facility guidelines. Responsibilities include reading factory orders, accurately reading gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, and accurately completing quality and administrative documents. The role also involves clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

Ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in the IP Safety Culture
Must be 18 years or older
Able to read, write, and speak English
Able to perform physical, hands-on tasks in various departments
Able to work any shift, overtime, weekends as needed
Willingness to learn production processes
Able to work in a team setting with a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills, basic math, comprehension skills, and safety observations
Able to effectively communicate with the team, production supervisors, and maintenance crew
