About The Position

The successful candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and capable of responding to production needs, including potential exposure to fiberglass materials. Associates will make product, inspect, record/report findings, and take appropriate action as needed. This position requires strong math and reading skills, excellent retention abilities, and the willingness to learn and rotate through various work cells to ensure flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of the production process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to rotating work environments
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
• Only U.S. persons (citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) are eligible

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the production process, including computer work, product manufacturing, inspection, and packaging
• Operate within multiple work cells, rotating as needed to meet production demands and maintain workflow efficiency
• Inspect product for quality, accurately record data, and report findings in accordance with company procedures
• Follow standardized work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation sheets, and computer-based reporting systems
