About The Position

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is hiring for full-time Production Associate positions on the 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday) at their Maxton, NC location. Overtime is available on weekends. The starting pay is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with an additional attendance bonus. Various positions are available, including Assembly, Material Handlers, Quality, and Machine Operators.

Requirements

• Must be able to work Sunday - Thursday, 3rd Shift
• Must be available for overtime on weekends
• Must be eligible for E-verification

Responsibilities

• Compliance with all OSHA regulations
• Follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions
• Properly use any personal protection equipment (PPE)
• Comply with 5S guidelines to ensure a clean and organized workplace
• Maintain a record of daily activities
• Assure proper placement of parts when performing operations
• Maintain lot control and FIFO to ensure the flow of material
• Other duties as assigned
