About The Position

This position is responsible for inspecting donations and raw materials for quality to determine marketability. The associate will sort raw materials, categorize them for store use, salvage, or trash. They will also stand and tag donated items according to Goodwill’s rotation system and hang sorted goods for placement on the retail sales floor based on productivity standards. Additionally, the associate will produce an appropriate number of textile items each day according to Goodwill’s minimum standards and adhere to uniform dress code standards.
