Production Associate - Grinder/Press Brake area
About The Position
Performs assigned production tasks not specifically assigned to higher-level Production Team Members. Such tasks could include, but is not limited to, the following: 1) operation of a dedicated production machine, 2) parts cleaning, deburring, grinding, graining, sanding or other such processes, and 3) loading and unloading of parts. Under direct supervision, operates equipment and performs production task as assigned. Inspects and maintains workplace and equipment in compliance with safety requirements. Notifies Team Leader to correct any safety issue prior to performing operations. Inspects parts as specifically instructed. Notifies Team Leader or Quality Assurance Inspector to resolve quality and mechanical problems. Team Lead and/or Setup person will make minor repairs and equipment adjustments, as needed.

- Frequent standing, walking, carrying, stooping, and crouching
- Lift 40 lbs.
