About The Position
This is a full-time, hourly position for a Production Associate on the 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) at Murfreesboro Container. The role involves various production tasks including counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, operating and reading gauges, performing basic shop math, inspecting products, and completing administrative documents. The position also includes clean-up duties such as machine blow-downs, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping, and scrap management.

- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math
- Inspecting product
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents
- Following directions
- Performing clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
Benefits
- Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year
