About The Position

As a Production Associate at Proper Beverage Co., you will be responsible for supporting end-of-line production activities by removing finished goods from the line and efficiently stacking them on pallets for storage or shipment. This role also assists with responsibilities related to the Variety Pack line. You will contribute to the cleanliness and safety of the production area while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, 3rd shift position. The schedule is Sunday night through Thursday night from 11pm to 7:30am.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished goods from the production line and stack them securely on pallets.
• Ensure accurate labeling, counts, and organization of pallets for storage or shipment.
• Assist with operational support of the Variety Pack line as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to uphold sanitation standards and prevent contamination.
• Adhere to all company safety policies to prevent accidents and contamination.
• All other duties as assigned
