Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Comfortable reading measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, and scales
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Operating and loading production machines
Performing assembly and secondary operations such as trimming, crimping, cutting, and finishing
Inspecting products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
Packaging, labeling, and preparing materials per work order instructions
Completing inspection records and production documentation
Maintaining a clean and organized work area following 6S standards
Supporting safety initiatives and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality systems
Collaborating with your team on process improvements and updated work instructions
Performing additional duties as assigned to support production goals
