About The Position

Supports the Production Manager in execution of weekend services, special events and Student Ministries at assigned campus. Assists with building and equipping the production volunteer team at assigned campus. Delivers a consistent brand experience for weekend services. Participates in and completes Eagle Brook Church's Production Development Program within 12 to 18 months of employment, including assessments, performance evaluations and skill-development benchmarks, to build the skills and leadership capabilities necessary to potentially transition into the role of Production Manager. Reports to the Production Manager.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in live production or broadcast environments.
  • Adaptable and performs well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ATS and LMS software, platform and spaces.
  • Experience with FOH digital mixing consoles.
  • Experience with lyrics and graphic presentation tools such as ProPresenter.
  • Experience with audio mixing/mastering plug-ins.
  • Experience working with volunteers.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Musical background.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Production Manager in preparing for and executing production elements for weekend and mid-week services, including rehearsals, projects and special events.
  • Assists with service run‑throughs to ensure technical readiness and accuracy.
  • Loads, tests and verifies centralized content.
  • Operates assigned production systems during weekend and mid-week services, rehearsals, projects and special events, as scheduled.
  • Carries out the technical needs at assigned campus under the direction of the Production Manager, including trouble shooting basic technical issues.
  • Executes centrally-designed production strategies.
  • Recruits, onboards and develops production volunteers by providing an excellent onboarding and training experience, overseeing volunteer schedules, communicating service updates, directing volunteers to resources, and partnering with the Production Manager in the care and development of volunteer leaders.
  • Maintains production spaces, including organization, cleanliness and readiness.
  • Documents production processes to support consistency and training.
  • Completes scheduled maintenance for production equipment.
  • Upholds production protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Participates in production development training for the purpose of becoming a Production Manager.
  • Provides coverage for weekend and mid-week services as well as special events, as needed.
  • Works with other campus staff to support the ministry needs of the campus.
  • Other duties as assigned.
