About The Position

As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! This position requires the use of, or access to, information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Accordingly, only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. Accordingly, all applicants will be required to provide one of the following forms of identification as part of their application: (1) Passport, (2) Birth Certificate, (3) Certificate of Naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570), or (4) Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
• U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or political asylee or refugee.
• Provide Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570), or Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551 as identification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.
• Work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.
