We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry‑level position responsible for stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to specific dimensions. Production Associates play a key role in supporting safe, efficient plant operations while working as part of a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Able to work in hot and cold conditions
Physically capable of standing 6–8 hours per day
Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Able to bend, twist, and turn frequently
Frequent handling of materials
Safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented
Proficient in reading a tape measure
Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic
Reliable transportation required
Must have a valid email address for onboarding purposes
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Stack cut lumber to specified dimensions
Band and grade lumber according to quality and safety standards
Work safely in hot and cold manufacturing environments
Follow all safety guidelines and plant procedures
Collaborate with team members to support production goals
Maintain awareness of surroundings and equipment while performing physical tasks
