About The Position
Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Associate for their 3rd shift team in Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on role involves supporting production by packaging products, moving materials, and ensuring operations run safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive starting pay of $17.36/hour and a 3rd shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Food production experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
- Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
Responsibilities
- Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
- Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
- Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Support equipment checks and report any issues.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
- Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
