About The Position

There are several opportunities in our warehouse within our production operations team. These roles ensure that all materials meet quality standards and are handled with care to maintain their professional appearance. Our associates work closely with other team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines, contributing to the overall success of the company. Attention to detail and consistency are critical, as the flags we produce represent the company’s brand to clients and customers. These positions offer an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where precision and reliability are highly valued. We run a 3 shift operation Monday morning through Saturday morning and have positions available for day, afternoon/evening and overnight shifts.

Positions that may be available in our warehouse:

Folder: manually fold nylon and polyester fabric flags according to specified guidelines
Hemmer: hem flags, pole sleeves and fringe using industrial sewing machines, trim flags
Joiner: assembles material to produce or finish products from raw material, use of industrial sewing machines
Applique: cutting and sticking stars to material and stitching them on a sewing machine
Automatics: running the automatic joining machines, troubleshooting machine issues
Material slitter: slitting fabric to the correct measurements on a slitter machine
QC: inspecting custom and stock fabric products-measuring dimensions and examining color, defects, ink marks or other imperfections
Shipping Associate: bagging flags, picking orders, packing orders and preparing them for shipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for some positions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Previous experience sewing on an industrial sewing machine, highly desired.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

• All associates are expected to meet efficiency standards, maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Adhering to our attendance policy is a key element for success at FlagSource.
• Associates are expected to take direction from Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Leads as well as collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
