Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to follow food safety and hygiene procedures (no jewelry, false lashes, nail polish or false nails, etc.)
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends during busy seasons
- Must pass a drug and background check, and complete a successful paid trial shift
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to push and pull loaded racks
- Frequent bending, stooping and reaching
- Repetitive use of hands and arms
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to perform physical job duties in a manufacturing production environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in warehouse, food service, restaurants, or manufacturing is a plus - but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operating food processing equipment
- Folding and assembling boxes
- Removing baked product from cake pans
- Washing dishes and production tools
- Packing and stacking finished product
- Following hygiene and safety procedures
- Participating in continuous improvement. We encourage team members to make small improvements every day - just 2 seconds faster, simpler, safer, or smarter
