About The Position

This role is part of a manufacturing operation with the goal of increasing productivity and decreasing downtime and waste. The Production Associate will assume an active role in overall plant and facility related work, assisting with all jobs on the plant floor and performing housekeeping functions as required. The position requires a strong safety mindset, team mentality, adaptability, thoroughness, and agility.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Willing to work all three shifts as needed.
• Good attendance record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic understanding to follow instructions in English.
• Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment.
• Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed.
• Team Mentality: Reliable, on-time attendance record; Ability to efficiently reach productivity goals.
• Adaptability: Ability to work overtime when required.
• Collaborative: Promote a culture of teamwork where we help each other to learn and meet shared goals.
• Thoroughness: The ability to properly perform quality checks; Focus on accuracy to provide our customers with the best possible experience; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; perform a variety of clerical functions as needed and understand basic math; ability to read/write and interpret documents in English.
• Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment.
• Agility: Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.

Responsibilities
