Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain active on the shop floor throughout a full shift.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with a team as well as work reliably on independent tasks.
- Eager to learn new skills, follow exact instructions, and take direction from supervisors.
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English to ensure safety and paperwork accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Visually inspect parts for surface defects or damage before and after processing.
- Precision-mask parts according to work travelers, blueprints, or verbal instructions.
- Securely rack and unrack components following specific process documentation.
- Use provided air hoses to blow off and clear parts during production steps.
