About The Position

We are actively hiring for the position of Production Associate 2nd Shift for our plant in Wixom, MI. This role involves performing production tasks accurately and efficiently according to established standards, following all safety procedures and quality requirements, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace. The associate will identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or workflow, and use inventory and tracking systems correctly when required. Support for other departments and participation in training and continuous improvement activities are also key aspects of this position. Effective communication with supervisors and team members is essential to protect production flow by completing work on time and minimizing rework. Reporting to work on time and maintaining regular, reliable attendance is expected.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to use small hand tools.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to read, write, speak & understand English.
Effective communication with management and co-workers.
Recognize safety issues and corrective actions.
