About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Placer to work at our food processing facility in Avon, NY! Successful candidates must be willing to supply improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Able to work on weekends, Holidays and commit to mandated overtime
A Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent experience or general education diploma (GED)
Must have strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for the total assembly of the Lunchables products.
Placing of package components into specified tray compartments, grading for quality defects.
Responsible for keeping a clean workstation, which includes removing re-work and trash from the area.
Ensure that the equipment and machinery they work with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules.
Ensures all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies.
Follow the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep themself and others away from harm while performing their duties.
Adhere to LOTO policy and procedures.
