About The Position
Pall Corporation, one of Danaher’s operating companies, is seeking a Production Associate for its Consumables Department. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently performing all tasks related to the department and offers a leadership opportunity. The position is located in DeLand, FL and is an on-site role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent
- Minimum one year of production/manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and/or schematics
- Utilizing scorecards or other process tracking tools
Responsibilities
- Setup and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions
- Work under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervision
- Maintain accurate records, and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering
