About The Position

This is a full-time, hourly position with a starting wage of $21.97. After successful completion of training, the pay rate will range from $23.95-$28.16, based on job placement. The role operates on a Monday-Friday schedule with potential for overtime and Saturdays as needed. Training will begin on the 1st shift (6:00 am-2:00 pm), but employees must be available for all three shifts (2nd shift: 2:00 pm-10:00 pm, 3rd shift: 10:00 pm-6:00 am) as required for overtime coverage. Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs.

• Reading factory orders

Responsibilities

• Assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
