About The Position

The Production Associate Light Lifter 2nd shift role is responsible for packaging all finished fresh product efficiently, meeting customer requirements. This involves ensuring the quality of the product is maintained, keeping the work area clean and organized, and collaborating with the team to meet daily production schedules. The associate will also be responsible for notifying the team leader when equipment maintenance is needed and working safely at all times to protect themselves and their colleagues. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have good eye coordination.
Must be able to bend, stoop, pull and lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time that vary from 8 to 12 hours.
Must be able to work in an area of 20° to 45 degrees.
Frequently requires lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, smelling, listening, speaking, and seeing to perform the essential job duties.
Know metal detector policy and proper handling of product.
To keep the packing equipment and work area in a safe and orderly manner.
Know and understand how to keep area clean.
Have basic understanding of GMP’s.
Know and understand safety guidelines.
Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team effort.
