About The Position
This is an entry-level, full-time Production Associate position located in Fox Valley. The role involves various tasks related to production, including counting and stacking finished products, reading factory orders, operating and reading gauges, performing basic shop math, inspecting products, and completing quality and administrative documents. The position also includes clean-up duties such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping, and handling scrap.

- Utilizing basic shop math
- Inspecting product
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents
- Following directions
- Performing clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
Benefits
- Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years
