Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of footwear
Operate hand tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble shoe components according to quality and production standards
Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Perform other related duties assigned based on specific position
