The Production Associate will be responsible for reading routing and performing work as assigned by the department supervisor. This role involves sewing, cutting, clipping, hooking, or otherwise assembling materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials. The associate will also be responsible for attaching appropriate labels and tags to products and packages, packing finished goods into correct packages and boxes, and tracking production on scheduled boards. Additionally, the role requires notifying the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues, placing finished goods on the designated pallet, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. General labor duties in different departments of the shop facility may also be required, including packaging sheeting and trim materials, and moving finished materials to trucks with overhead cranes and forklifts.
