About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our photo and video shoot team. This role supports day-to-day production needs, including studio organization, shoot preparation, and hands-on assistance during production days. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Time management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Provide social media content support
• Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools preferred.
• Previous production or studio experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of production shoots, events, and studio spaces.
• Maintain and organize equipment, props, and inventory to ensure smooth production flow.
• Provide on-site support, including interfacing with talent, crew, and clients.
• Perform general studio tasks, including cleaning and upkeep.
• Support packing, shipping, and receiving of production-related items.
• Assist in packaging creation and preparation for shoots as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and communicate effectively with the production team.
• Participate in travel and occasional overtime as required for shoots and events.
