1st Shift Production Associate

About The Position
The Production Associate operates equipment along the production line to maintain workflow, pulls and prepares parts for jobs, and maintains a clean and organized work area. The associate may fill in for absent team members and work overtime when necessary to meet production goals. This is a first-shift position, scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
- Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
- Strong attendance record.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Full body mobility and good eyesight.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Constant alertness and attention to detail.
- Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for the full shift.

- Previous production experience.
