About The Position
The Production Associate prepares materials and equipment for assembly, assembles products, and packages products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of applicable work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to operate equipment and other hand or power tools.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment and materials for production.
- Place raw materials into manufacturing machines, operate equipment for the assembly process, package finished products, and organize them for delivery.
- Maintain material and supplies inventory.
- Monitor equipment and production to increase production, and make recommendations.
- Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership.
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
