About The Position

SMI Properties is seeking a Production Associate. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for various duties required on a screen press machine. Duties include loader, unloader, and dryer hand. This position could also work in the packout/finishing area of production.

Requirements

• Proficiency in screen printing techniques
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to safely and efficiently operate needed equipment
• Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs.
• Capable of working on your feet for periods up to 4 hours.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen
• Able to work some fluctuating hours depending on the season and need.
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week on a regular basis. 6:30am- 5:00pm (30 Min. lunch) - Typically Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing equipment
• Load and unload materials onto the printing equipment
• Monitor print quality and adjust as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
