About The Position

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. This role is responsible for meeting daily production goals. Key duties include processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and removing merchandise from the sales floor. The associate will also greet and assist guests and donors, and assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed. The position requires cross-training and assistance in all aspects of production as directed.

Requirements

• Ability to work with people having different abilities
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times)
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements
• Completion of a background check
