2nd Shift Production Associate

About The Position
This is a full-time, hourly position for a Production Associate. The role involves running and maintaining large machines safely, following safety policies, reading factory orders, utilizing basic shop math, performing quality inspections, and maintaining factory housekeeping. The position is primarily for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday-Friday, but requires availability for all three shifts for overtime and Saturdays as needed. Training will occur on the 1st shift.
Requirements
- Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
- Reading factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
- Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Benefits
- Sign on Bonus : $500 after 30 days $500 after 6 months
