About The Position

Worthington Steel is hosting a Production Associate Hiring Event on October 21, and we'd love to meet you! We're hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift production positions at our Monroe, OH facility. No manufacturing experience? That's okay! Bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training. Training takes place on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to your assigned shift.
