About The Position

As a Production Associate, this role is responsible for the general operations and preparation of orders to be processed by Embroidery Operators. The Production Associate responds to work orders, set up, troubleshoots missing items and performs direct physical activity to complete preparation of work order in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications.

• Ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Receiving the work orders, observing specifications and preparing and staging garments for Embroidery Operators.
• Accurately counting and documenting proper sizes and colors of garments before staging items for Embroidery Operators.
• Reporting all mechanical issues to their supervisor immediately.
• Ensuring work area is cleaned during their shift and before shift ends, including sweeping, leaving workstation organized, and emptying trash.
