About The Position

We are actively hiring for the position of Production Associate for our plant in Solon, OH. Shifts: 1st Monday to Friday 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM. 2nd Monday to Friday 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM. 3rd Sunday to Thursday, 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM. ($2.00 differential)

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Familiarity with normal shipping and receiving methods including familiarity with package carriers.
Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work with minimal supervision and constant direction.
Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Acute attention to detail
Some computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a larger group.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Works well in a team environment to ensure all customer merchandise is shipped securely and promptly
Must be computer savvy and a willingness to learn in-house programs and systems
Familiar with FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping programs.
Accurate processing of orders
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
